Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the restaurant begins preparing your food.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via our website or customer service channels.

Once your order is being prepared or dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Cancellation requests received after preparation begins will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only when cancellations are made within the stipulated time or when there is a genuine issue with the order (e.g., wrong item, quality problem, or non-delivery).

If the order is canceled before preparation, a full refund will be issued.

For quality-related complaints or errors on our part, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Service Policy – No Room Service

Cafe ALTR NATIV does not provide room service.

All food and beverage orders must be collected personally from our pickup counter.

Please ensure you collect your order promptly to enjoy it fresh and at its best quality.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom or special event orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

Consumables or perishable items are not refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

Discounts, promotional or coupon-based orders may have specific refund conditions.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ALTR Cafe, all orders are freshly prepared and delivered to your location within our serviceable areas.

Estimated delivery time is 30–60 minutes from the time of order confirmation, depending on your distance from the cafe and order volume.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic conditions, or high-demand periods.

We strive to keep you informed in case of any delays and appreciate your patience while ensuring your order reaches you fresh and on time.

Please note that delivery is available only during our operating hours, as displayed on our website and ordering platforms.
